1. What this is

You promote R3VIVE Vault — our fragrance discovery membership. People who join through your link or code become R3VIVE Vault Insiders (£19/month membership). We pay you for every new Insider you bring in, plus a recurring share of their membership for a year.

This document tells you exactly how it works, what you can and can't do, and how we pay you. By joining the programme you agree to these terms.

2. Who can join

• You're 18 or older
• You're legally able to enter into a contract
• You have an audience that overlaps with fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, or culture content
• You agree to follow advertising disclosure laws in your country
• You have a PayPal account to receive payments

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application without giving a reason.

3. How you earn — Phase 1 (current £19/month pricing)

For every person who signs up as a paid R3VIVE Vault Insider through your tracked link or code, you earn:

• £15 one-off bounty — paid in your first monthly payout after their first successful payment
• 10% of their monthly membership fee — paid every month they stay a member, for up to 12 months

That works out to roughly £38 per Insider assuming they stay the full 12 months.

What counts as a referral

• A successful, paid Insider sign-up tracked to your affiliate link or coupon code
• Within the 60-day cookie window
• Customer isn't already an existing R3VIVE customer

What doesn't count

• Free Vault members who haven't upgraded to Insider
• Customers who request a refund in the cooling-off period
• Self-referrals or anyone in your immediate household
• Sign-ups using your code where you didn't actually refer them
• Sign-ups through paid ads we haven't authorised in writing

4. What happens when our pricing changes

We plan to increase the Insider membership price in future. When that happens:

• Existing Insiders you've referred stay on their original price — you keep earning 10% of whatever they're paying
• New Insiders you refer earn you 10% of the new price
• The £15 bounty stays the same unless we tell you otherwise (30 days' notice)

5. Cookie window

When someone clicks your affiliate link, we attribute their purchase to you for 60 days, as long as they don't click someone else's link in between (last-click wins).

Coupon codes work differently — if they enter your code at checkout, you get the referral straight away regardless of cookie state.

6. How we pay you

• Payouts go out monthly, around the 15th of each month, for the previous month's earnings
• Minimum payout threshold: £50. Anything below carries over to the next month
• Payment method: PayPal (default) or Wise (backup)
• Currency: GBP (£)
• We don't deduct tax — you're responsible for your own tax situation

7. Your tax obligations

Affiliate commissions are income. You are responsible for declaring earnings, registering for VAT if required, and keeping your own records. We don't provide tax advice. UK affiliates earning over £1,000/year will likely need to declare as self-employment.

8. What you can do

You're welcome to promote R3VIVE Vault using your own social media, blog, newsletter, podcast, one-to-one recommendations, or honest reviews of our products and membership. You can use our brand name, logos and brand assets (provided in your affiliate dashboard), product photography we share, and honest descriptions of the membership and our drops.

9. What you can't do

Brand and content

• Pretend to be R3VIVE or imply you work for us
• Make claims we haven't authorised (specific scent recommendations, medical/skincare benefits, ingredient claims)
• Promise outcomes we haven't promised in our own marketing
• Use the R3VIVE name or logo in a way that could damage the brand
• Register domains, social handles, or apps with "R3VIVE" or close variations
• Bid on R3VIVE branded keywords in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other paid platform

Distribution

• Spam — no mass email, comment spam, DM spam, or unsolicited messaging
• Coupon and cashback sites without our written approval
• Forums you don't already participate in
• Misleading thumbnails, hooks, or content that bait-and-switch viewers

Self-dealing

• Sign yourself up to earn your own bounty
• Sign up family members in your household
• Cookie-stuff your own traffic

Compliance

• Promote to anyone under 18
• Hide the fact that you earn commission when you promote (disclosure is a legal requirement)
• Use AI to generate fake reviews or testimonials
• Promote in a way that breaks the law in your country

If you break any of these we reserve the right to clawback unpaid commission, terminate your participation, and pursue legal action.

10. Disclosure requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with R3VIVE on every piece of content where you use your link or code. UK: ASA/CAP. US: FTC. Most countries have similar laws.

Acceptable disclosures: "#ad" or "#affiliate" in social posts, "AD" tag on Instagram, "Paid partnership with R3VIVE" tag where supported, written disclosure on blogs, spoken disclosure at the start of YouTube/podcast content.

If we see undisclosed promotion, we'll warn you once. Second time, we terminate the account and withhold unpaid commission.

11. Brand voice — please don't say…

• "Pick any fragrance you want" — our drops are curated
• "Get any bottle" — we send 8ml decants, not full bottles, as part of the Insider experience
• Anything that suggests we send "free" full bottles every month
• Promises about specific brands being in upcoming drops
• "First month free" — first month is £9 during the Founding 100 promotion

Stick to what you can verify on our website and you'll be fine.

12. Confidentiality

Some things we share with you (creative briefs, draft messaging, internal data, upcoming drops) are confidential. Don't share them publicly or with competitors. This obligation lasts during the programme and for 12 months after it ends.

13. How we end the relationship

Either side can end the affiliate relationship at any time, in writing.

If you choose to leave: Your tracking links stop being credited immediately. You'll get paid out for any earned commission (above the £50 threshold) in the next payout cycle. Recurring commission on existing referrals stops at the end of the calendar month.

If we terminate you for breaking these terms: All unpaid commission is forfeited. We may pursue clawback on commission already paid where there's been fraud.

We may also terminate the programme entirely with 30 days' notice. We'll pay out remaining earned commission up to that date.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll email you at the address you registered with. Material changes take effect 14 days after we email you. Carrying on as an affiliate after that = you accept the changes.

15. The legal bits

• Governing law: England and Wales
• Disputes: resolved in the courts of England and Wales
• Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship
• If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies
• We don't accept liability for indirect losses or loss of profit
• Our total liability is capped at commission earned in the 12 months before the claim arose
